Can I send an Essence + Alchemy product as a gift?
Yes of course. Simply leave a note at the checkout if you would like a gift message added to your parcel. Receipts are always sent by email.
How will my order be packaged?
Your items will be wrapped in natural tissue paper and carefully packaged inside a cardboard box with paper tape. E+A will always try to reuse packaging wherever possible.
How much is UK postage cost?
Generally a flat rate of £4.00 is charged for UK first class delivery for all parcels unless specified otherwise or a postage discount code is used. Items are usually posted within 3 business days of payment but can take up to 5 business days during busy periods.
Do you ship internationally
Yes. To confirm whether Essence + Alchemy delivers to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
How much does international shipping cost?
Shipping costs are a flat rate. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total". International parcels are tracked.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Please note: You may be charged for local import duties / customs charges on the arrival of your order. This is out of our control.
How long will delivery of my order take?
All orders are typically despatched within 3 business days (Monday to Friday) but please allow up to 7 days before contacting E+A, especially during the holidays when the store is busy. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday won't be processed until Monday. International orders are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
What is your exchange / return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Essence + Alchemy. Each product is handmade with great care taken in formulating, blending, pouring, labelling and shipping your order. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please email email@example.com>
Unused products still in the original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details on how to return your product. Returns must include the order number found on the original sales invoice.
Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to a review of the returned product.
